Delete your Lume account

You can delete your Lume account and your personal data at any time. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

1. Open Lume and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Under Manage Account, tap Delete account.
4. Confirm.

Your profile, your answers, your saved items, your notification settings, and the accommodation listings you added with their photos. Ratings and reviews you wrote on other members' stays stay, shown as "Former member".

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.

If you can't sign in, email [support address] from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
