Who is Lume for?
Performers in the UK, especially recent graduates and people working on tour.
What can I do for free?
Browse, save and review community stays, add your own listings, and read every craft guide. You only pay if you want the directory of industry professionals.
How does the free month work?
New Premium subscribers get their first month free. After that the plan you chose renews automatically unless you cancel before the free month ends. The App Store or Google Play decides who is offered a free month, so an account that has already had one won't be offered another.
How do I cancel Premium?
In your subscription settings in the App Store or Google Play. Deleting the app or your Lume account doesn't cancel a subscription.
Can I book accommodation through Lume?
No. Lume shows you places other performers recommend and points you to the host or provider. Bookings and payments happen with them.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings and, under Manage Account, tap Delete account. The full steps are on the Delete your account page.
How is my data used?
The Privacy Policy explains what Lume collects and why. The Terms & Conditions cover using the app and Premium.

In the app, open Settings and tap Contact Support under Help & Support. The Lume team replies by email. The Help Centre in the same place answers the most common questions.
